Hey guys! This is John Connors at Connors MMA, Mad Dog Jiu-Jitsu. And I am going to show you one of my sneaky techniques, everybody like sneaky techniques. So this is for the guy in the bottom to escape. Sometimes when you are in this position, specially now he, the guy can bring some brutal attack on you. One is that, he is going to make your hand like this and he will grab his own bicep, and put his hand on your forehead. This is dangerous neck crank. So again, the first rear naked choke. So guys, it really hurt your neck so don't do that technique at your home.
Another technique you might do is come underneath your neck like this, grab his wrist and put his fist and you knuckle into neck. That hurts like hell too, to deliver the choke, I don't try it.
So now I am going to show you a sneaky way to get out of either one of these techniques. So switch position, I can't roll him out, we are going to do this technique where he is underneath my neck, he is jamming into my neck. I cannot stand it, I hit his ribs, and get him to let go and now I can escape. That's sneaky escape, I've just used my knuckles into the soft part of his ribs.
