Male 2: How could an investor evaluate the burcher hathaway, markers off and do not pay dividends to the investors?
Male 1: Well, the question about version halfway, of course you have heard about evaluating virtue and does not pay any dividends and you will not pay any dividends either. It is a promise I can keep. All you get with burcher, you set in your safe deposit box and then every year you are gone on a fonder look, take it on this but you put it back and there is a normal psychic reward on that. You do not under spread it. But the real question is whether they can keep retaining dollar bills and turning them in to more than a dollar, at a decent rate. And that is what we try to do and Charlie Munger and I have our money in to do that. That is all we get paid for doing. We will not take any options, we will not take any salaries to take out burning. We are right there and play. But that is what we are trying to do. It gets harder all the time. The more money we manage, the harder it is to do that and we would do way better percentage wise with burcher in one hundred to present size. But it is one for its owners, that it is not one be given dividends because so far, every dollar that we have earned and could not paid out, we have turned in to more than a dollar. It is more than a dollar to keep it. And then being silly to pay it out. Even everybody who is tax-free that owned it, it would have been a mistake to pay dividends of burcher because so far the dollar bills retain have turned into more than a dollar. But there is no guarantee that that happens in the future and some point the gain runs out on it. That is what the business is about.
Nothing else about the business do we judge ourselves. Why? We do not judge about the size of the Tome Office Building or anything in the number of people working on it. We got 12 people at headquarter. We got 45,000 employees had burcher and 12 people at the headquarters, 3500 square feet and we will not change it. So we will judge ourselves by the performance of the company and that is the only way we will get paid. But believe me, it is all harder than ---
