So here's what I want you guys to do, I want you to try a few things.
Number one, and it goes like this, what I want you to do is I want to put your hand on the back of his neck and I want you to grab his chin and when you lay down and crawl the legs out, see how his chin is thrown out like this. When the head goes what happens? Okay, so once again this goes to the back of his head, this hands goes his chin and I lay out just like that.
Step two, I pull leg my out. Step three, I get my inner elbow inside there and step four I squeeze my biceps. When he shoots, do you see that? I put my knee next to his ear, I turn him up. I go inside just like that and I'm going to squeeze. That stops it. I pull the chin, knee in, leg out. Hit one of the knee and squeeze.
Okay. Note that he is captive. If you guys won't know when he starts to feel the pressure he can't cover, so there would be no let go. Alright guys, down to steps.
Good, good. Look at that. That's pretty smooth. In this way. Turn it. Pull, stop your right leg, right, squeeze. That's it. Nice job. That's the way to do it. One more. Yeah chin is important.
But except, when you turn him like and you're trying to get this in, you put his chin down and he just can't get you across. Emery, come on, right here, no it actually goes back here. That's what we are going to do watch. We are going to do -- so now what I am going to do is, put my hand a little across the nose, I am going to grab him, I am going to rotate him, so I get him locked back.
Now watch, see everybody in there. Now I am going to put my weight down and I will push on the shoulder to the catch out. That's a Neck Ring.
I go for this, but this is really giving me a hard time. So I'll cross this, right across the nose, with at the grip, crawl upon and I'll rotate him. Now since I am keeping my chest right here I will squeeze that thing down, right about here. Then I will let go, I'm going to push on the shoulder, where you comes down..
Now watch this. I'm trying to -- this is pretty easy right. Can I do more steps? Now If I'm pushing down and that's causing a pressure, what's his natural reaction going to be guys? So, when he -- it's pretty hard to tell that because he is pulling the pressure down, he is going to do what? Pull up. So when he does pull it up.
And rip the head out. I tried to this one and I can't, I will cross his nose, fall upon rib, I'll rotate him. I'll pull him up like this and then I'll push. Look at my weight going forward and I am pushing him down. When he tries to get his balance back, underneath just like this. You see it?
Now, all I'm going to do is when we drive him forward, I am going to push back his leg and I'm going to turn it just like that and now all I am going to do is pull the weight down.
But he is driving forward little more, so I stick one hand on the outside, one hand on the inside, and I'm going to use him driving me forward to turn to corner, you see that, and I'm all going to do is leaning the hand and put my weight down.
Now when I go underneath like this, that's one little thing that's going to block me. This one is going to be here. Now when he drives forward I'm going to put that knee back, you see the momentum? Now all I'm going to do is turn him here. Look at where his arms at, my knee inside its right here on my leg and did you see how his arm is stuck in the outside here? That's what I want.
When he drives forward, I can't take step with my knee because he is going to take me this way because his head is on this side right. So now I'm going to use that, or when he tries to turn the corner, I mean I'm going to block him, I'm here. And If I really want to apply the pressure it would be as simple.
