Female: Coach Kendra is an expert nutritionist and a professional personal trainer and she is here to help you get the body you want. Ever feel too busy to exercise? Coach Kendra has got some great tips on how you can fit physical activity into your schedule.
Coach Kendra: Think you have got no time for exercise? You might be surprise, so learn that you can fit the exercise in as you go about your day. In fact, you can incorporate solid workouts into your everyday routine without even feeling like you are exercising. I am going to show you some easy ways to sneak in a workout while you are at the office, on the phone or during your commute.

Female: Sitting upright at your desk with your knees bent. Raise one of your legs pulling up through your entire leg muscle. This exercise is really effective at building strong quadriceps and toning your upper thighs. Remember to keep your foot flexed and do not forget to switch legs.

Female: With a little bit of practice, you can do this anywhere. I have demonstrated this exercise lying down to show the detail of the movement, but it can also be done standing up. Put your hands on your stomach between your hip bones, start to tuck your tailbone under and pull in your lower belly. Contract and release several times. Not only as this a great core toner, it also works wonders for your posture.

Female: Sitting up straight, squeeze your butt muscles so that you can feel your body rise, keep contracting and releasing until you start to feel the burn. This is an exercise you can do anywhere, in the car waiting for the stoplight or while watching TV.

Female: The next time you pick something up, try to use your legs to lift it. Make sure to keep your abdominal muscles engaged to avoid feeling it in your lower back, repeat 15 to 20 times in the fast pace to increase your heart rate.
Coach Kendra: See, you do have time to exercise everyday, you just did not know it. Start with these exercises and in no time, you will be amazed what the difference they have made in your body.
