Hello! And welcome to The Knee Pain Guru, Knee Pain Questions Answered. This week I got a question from Yumrin (ph) and it says, good evening sir. Thank you for helping me put with the pain. Actually, I don't want a surgery. My knees are swollen and I can't even stand. So help me with some easy exercises.
Well, thank you for your question Yumrin (ph). What you want to do, if you have a knee pain and you can't walk? The first thing you'd want to do, is check with your doctor first. First and foremost, make sure you've contacted your doctor whether or not you need a surgery is certainly up to them.
As far as what I'm able to help with, is you're going to want to increase your water intake. Drinking more water is the most important thing you can do for your body, because you're made up of 70% to 80% of water. So when we get dehydrated and this happens as a result of stress and the stress that comes from the knee pain. What happens is the body squeezes tighter which dehydrates it more. So it's even more crucial that you increase your water intake to keep the body fully hydrated and allow your body to flush out the toxins that are create from the knee injury as well as to hydrate the knee joints, so you have that cushion when you move or when you walk.
As far as exercises go, I can suggest you go to the website www.thekneepainguru.com. And I have a video series, Stop Your Knee Pain Now video series and there is also an e-book that corresponds with it that goes over some really great simple easy to do exercises that you can do at home.
A lot of it is takes places when you swing your legs and things like that. So go to the website www.thekneepainguru.com. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions and you can go to the contact area on my website and get those questions to me and they'll be answered here on video.
So thank you very much and I will talk with you soon. Bye, bye!
