How to Find Edible Ants

So this is a nice little colony of dark ants, I think they’re mostly black, and they’re fairly large in size and so when I see a group of ants like this, I can't help but wonder how they taste. There’s so many of them and I don’t think it really matters if I take a few, so I’ll just kind of let them get on my hand if I can, oh they really find that interesting. So, I have a couple, they’re biting me, so that’s not gonna work. These guys are angry and they bite. So I have the ant here crawling on my hand, he’s not biting me yet, it’s got some pretty big pinchers there, so when I do eat him, bout to sure to put him right in between my teeth so those pinchers don’t bite my tongue. I did it, didn’t bite me, and has an fairly decent spice comes in the tail end there. But, not very tasty. Probably not worth the trouble for these guys.
