My name is Arielle Ford. I am the author of 'The Soulmate Secret: Manifest the Love of Your Life with the Law of Attraction.' Taking steps to meet your wanted, it's pretty simple. The first step is, you need to believe, you need to believe that there is somebody out there for you. One, do you believe there is enough air for you to breathe? And two, do you believe there is enough water for you to drink? And if you believe those two things, then making a leap to knowing that there is enough love for you in the world, isn't that hard.
Step number two is forgiveness. And that means letting go of the past. For giving yourself for the mistakes you've made in relationship in the past, and forgiving the ones that hurt you.
Then you get to the fine stuff, and that is, being very clear about your intentions and writing down a list of exactly the kind of soulmate that you want. Do you want somebody who is loving, affectionate, generous, athletic? Someone who likes to travel, but at the very top of your list, you want the first two things to be the same, no matter who you are.
Number one, you want somebody who is available for loving committed relationship, that means, they are not in relationship with somebody else. The second thing on your list is the same for everybody, and that's geography. I want somebody who lives within 50 miles of me, or if you don't care about that, I am willing to move anywhere in the world. But those two items are the same on every list.
Then I ask you to create a vision board, and that's just a big board that has images from magazines and words, that visually tell the story of the life that you're creating. So you won't necessarily have the exact picture of your soulmate, but you'll have images of couples walking hand in hand or couples sitting at a romantic dinner. Things that evoke in you , the life that you want to create.
Finally, once you have done your list and done your vision board, I ask you to practice living as if. And what I mean by that is, living as if you know with absolute certainty that they are on the way to you, that they are actually looking for you too. Because if you believed your true love is on the way, you would give up the casual sex, you would give up the bad behavior. You'd stop sleeping in Radial T-Shirts, and you would be pretending as if they were going to walk into your life at any minute, because if you want them to, they will.
