Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody I'm Melanie Raposo, and welcome to the pregnancy show, you can't talk about a New Year without mentioning the New Year's resolution. And normally when some one makes a new years resolution they gives something up, but today we are doing things a little differently, with the help of life coach and author Judy Librach we give you moms out there some positive new years resolutions you'll want to bye, bye to help you and your family have a less stressful and have your year in 2008.
Judy Librach: I do a great exercise, Melanie call the real of life, where it has egg veggies, imagine a pie with the egg veggies, and each veggie is to devoted to a different part of a moms life, so it could be a family, carrier and health and fitness for instance so I think its really important that thou we will be imbalanced.
And sometimes people will say you know the family will is great, like on a scale from 0-10 they are deeply, deeply satisfied with their children, most moms will say that attend, and with the relationship, sometimes its not attend with the significant other but we work towards that, that's another segment on how to, for Valentines day how to be more romantic and create many moons and romance, but you know what can we do in, but I usually said that to our clients is just take that veggie that seems a little bit out of wag, lets say the health and fitness which is often one for moms, they are not happy with their weight, their not happy with their exercise routine, and it's a really great idea, to find out lets say some one says will honest scale from 0-10 that the health and fitness peace in my life right now is only a 3 or 4.
I will ask them how can eat for that in to ten. And it's amazing what you start to come up with, women know the answers, it's not like I have to give them the answer, they will say whether I want to go to the gym more may be I'll try that new ballet class or yoga class, and they start to figure it out.
