Speaker: Hi, we are here to talk about finding a nanny, there are many reputable agencies that do just that, and you can probably find those names either through, you know the -- if you don't have Internet, you can go to the library, and call the Chamber of Commerce. Talking to other mothers is always a great idea. You have to understand that a nanny is a long term, usually it's a long term situation, so you want to make sure that you check the references that you get from the nannies. They have to be registered if they are -- if they have any experience and they want to get work, they have to register, and so they should be registered with a Chamber of Commerce or any of these nanny brokers should have references for that nanny, and you want to be sure to call them and check on the references. It's a good idea to interview them over the phone, if you can at the very least, and of course, you want to tell them very clearly, as clearly as possible, identify your needs and tell them what you are looking for, so that they know what they are getting into, and if you guys will be a good match.
