Roger: Hi, this is Roger from 37AdWordsSecrets. Com, and what I have for you today, is little tip and secrete tool that's available to you now for zero cost that I have made for you, that shows you which of your keywords actually has the best chance of creating a sale for you.
There is actually a page run by Microsoft that you can go to, to do this, but it's very inconvenient.
Now let's take a look. Here's the page at Microsoft adCenter Labs, that you can use to do this. One keyword at a time, but the problem is, it's very time consuming.
Here is what Microsoft says about online commercial intention: what page searches displayed two levels of commercial intent: information and transactional. This tool, i.e. this page, can detect customer intent to acquire information, or purchase products based upon their search queries, or recently visited URLs.
For example, if a customer search is for Canon digital camera, it's likely that they want to purchase a canon digital camera. Therefore, the online commercial intent is strong with the confidence level larger than 0.5, and what I have done is, I have entered the word pimple into the tool of this page, and it has come up with a probability of the question query as 0.78, which is actually pretty good. It's higher than 0.5, and that's what we are looking for. But if I wanted to do another keyword, I have to enter them one at a time, and that's very time consuming, and that's where this new tool comes into effect tha I am going to tell you.
Now, I am in my Google AdWords management panel here, and I have got some keywords to do with the skincare. But I am really not sure which ones of these keywords are likely to result in a sale. So here is what I am going to do.
I am going to just copy some of the keywords from my AdWords control panel. I can just copy them like that, and what I am going to do, is paste them into my new keyword commercial intent tool from 37AdWords Secretes. So I just went Control+V there to paste my keywords into the tool, and I go start, I just click start, and it will take about 2 seconds.
For each keyword, what it will do is, the tool will go out to the adCenter page, and get the information for you, rather than you having to enter each keyword individually. And what the tool also does is, it ranks the keywords for you as far as commercial intent goes. So at the top, acne skincare products has a commercial intent probability of 0.80 or 80% or so, and the lower they go, the worse they get.
So what I am going to do, is I am only going to select the keywords that have a 50 or greater value, and then I have a really good assurance that the information, and the keywords that I am using are likely to result in the sale. If there is something that is less than 50, probably not worth you bidding on, not if you were trying to get a sale, anyway.
So there is going to be lots of keywords out there, that has a rank higher than 50. So I would just stick with those to begin with.
Okay, so what I have done is, I have run my listed keywords that I pasted in for my Google AdWords management panel. I click start, and they are now ranked with the keyword commercial intent tool. So as I said, I only am interested in keywords that have a greater than 0.5 ranking.
So I just using my Shift and my Alt keys on my keyboard, I just select those keywords, and I leave unselected the lower ranked ones here, and then I am just going to click Save Selected Results, and it will ask me what name I want to give that? I am going to call that acne.csv file, and I am going to Save it.
Next, I am simply going to open up the csv or excel file, and it has given me, it opened in a nice spreadsheet, and you can see that my keywords have retained their ranking highest at the top, lowest at the bottom, and then all I am going to do, is just copy those keywords, right click, and copy, and then I can paste them into my new AdWords campaign, or I can just delete the old keywords that were in there, my existing campaign and paste these ones in again, knowing that they have high commercial intent rankings.
Back in my Google AdWords management panel, I just right click, and paste in my keywords, and there they are, very nicely, highly targeted. High commercial intent ranking keywords that are likely going to work much better for me, than the old keywords I was using. I was bidding on everything before. Now I am bidding only on highly targeted keywords.
Here is what to do next.
