Don't go to a dentist for a foot problem. Now, think about this for a moment. Why would you go to a dentist for a foot problem? All forms of therapy have their place, but all forms of therapy have the same problem. When you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
Whatever form of therapy you go to, your therapist is going to approach your problem according to their background. If you have a problem with the muscular system, please go to someone who is trained in muscles to help you with that problem. Not all therapists have the same background in muscles as someone who specializes specifically in that area.
Now, I make a suggestion. If a therapist who is trained for the body does not lay their hands on your body to determine what is wrong, be a little leery. That form of therapy may be trying to put everyone in the same basket.
There is one thing I have learned early on and that is, everyone is truly an individual. This is especially true when it comes to the human body. How a problem is expressed in that body is as individual as the individual themselves.
One reason why it's important to go to someone trained in muscles for a muscular problem is that the problem does not just include the area where you are exhibiting pain. There are adaptations your system goes through, as well as compensations that is created. They all must be taken under consideration.
What your body is showing you now by way of pain may not be the original problem. This is explained in depth in the grip method videos we have produced to help you self-correct.
If the original problem that has started the process to begin with is not taken under consideration or dealt with directly, the issue will not go away. Your problem may come back in its original form, often worse, or it will come back in another form, but it will come back.
Please stop first going to radical therapies that inject, sedate or invasively attempt to remove the problem. There are always side effects or consequences to your actions. The side effects may not be explained to you at that time or may not even be known.
Please remember, there are certain treatments on the market that cannot be reversed. Once a form of therapy that cannot be reversed is applied, you are stuck with it for the rest of your life.
Our society is relying too much on the more aggressive therapies, when the natural forms work just as well and safer. All forms of therapy have their place. Don't start with a therapy that is something you should end with.
I am suggesting to perform a natural therapy on a natural organism first. If the natural therapy does not resolve your problem, then move toward the more aggressive forms of therapy, but don't start with the more aggressive forms of therapy.
You are going to find out that the natural forms of therapy work more often than you might think.
If you are having a problem with the muscular system, please go to a natural therapy that deals with muscles first. Then, if it seems that the therapy is not working, then move toward the more aggressive forms of therapy. Don't start out with the more aggressive forms. Let the aggressive forms of therapy be at the end of your search for knowledge about your problem.
I am suggesting that you do everything else first before you go to the radical forms of therapy. Put flexibility in the body that was originally there before your problem occurred by way of a therapeutic massage, stretching, yoga, or any process that places space in your body, thus allowing it to heal itself.
Don't start with a therapy you should end with. Don't go to a dentist for a foot problem. All forms of therapy have their place. Thank you.
