How to Fit Cooling Fans to an HPI E-Savage

Male Speaker: This video is about adding fans to the HPI E-Savage. We have got two fans, first one in the speed control and other large one, which stays on the top of the motor. The speed control alone is a 40 millimeter and it just fixes with the entry screws and screw down in to the -- and it may fit perfectly and just -- through the heat seek between the -- the top of the small wire guard just to protect from -- which get me into the final break in the fan. On the motors with the two motors, these are the stock motors in top speed out. These stock motors -- mount here.

So I just got a piece of right angle aluminium and cut it to fit around the motors and there is a single screw, which mounts the -- and then a single entry bolt that goes through end that is attached in there and gives a smooth flat platform, which allows the fan to fit on the top.

The largest fan just bolts on to the aluminium brackets that small M3 bolt, which goes down through the brackets with in nylon knot underneath. The large fan over the motors I used is 92 millimeter fan, this fits okay under the stock body shell, a 120 millimeter fan that also fits within the stock body shell.
