Adrian Van der Walt: Bonus feature tire flip. Go and get tire any -- well far. What we're going to do is squat down, butt touches the ground, stand up, flip it over, do it again. Go five to ten times, turn around, good back. If you're with your partner, you can go a ten times out, walk, pick and bring it back, get a lot of breathe time. If you just want to go all over, I would say do it two times there on back by yourself.
Max Wettstein: I think one of the key things that you just said was you're squatting down, almost your butt to the ground to protect your lower back. Right?
Adrian Van der Walt: Yeah. You want to keep your chin up, don't look down, you do really range in back out.
Max Wettstein: Good form.
Adrian Van der Walt: Keep your chest up, go through the legs, thrust up, push it over -- thrust up, push it over, up and over.
Max Wettstein: Tell me that doesn't take away some stress.
Adrian Van der Walt: Absolutely. Alright, who is first? That's good, just fire it up. Right now, the entire body is just absolutely fatigue, so it's going to take every ounce of energy you have. Make sure that you keep your butt down, wide legs, thrust up. Alright. See, turn around now
Unknown Speaker: Turn around your back.
Adrian Van der Walt: Absolutely. Alright, we're going to check out the form and make sure everything is good, hard it up, make sure you drop your butt, down little bit wider, wide legs, thrust up and side. Explode it; push it over, nice and strong. Next one, do it little bit quicker, drop the butt, one more awesome! Good job, dude.
Max Wettstein: Myself again, Adrain Van der Walt, cross-fit three hundred, Spartan training.
Adrian Van der Walt: Whatever.
Max Wettstein: Whatever you want, intensity, outside of full body functional, fit exercise, aerobic and anaerobic.
Adrian Van der Walt: Good job man. Good job.
Max Wettstein: Let's a get a look at your T-shirt. Spartan. Let's see, say, good bye. And thanks Frog's we all are frogs.
Adrian Van der Walt: Awesome.
