How to Forgive Someone Who Has Hurt You

Thanks for this great video. I just read a book called "Forgiving the Unforgivable" by Master Charles Cannon that really touched me - the author was present during the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks and actually lost a friend during the event. He talks about how forgiving the terrorists was the only option, and it was really inspiring. Thankfull y, nothing so horrible has happened in my life, but I still find it a monumental challenge to forgive from time to time. This helps :)
