Sarah Dussault: Welcome to the calorie minute. I am Sarah Dussault with Stephen Cabral. Today, we are going to be showing you guys how to form a healthy habit in just 10 days, that's great. So, if you actually exercise on a regular basis but then obviously then fall for the antwagon if you exercise for 10 days in a row, you'll find that your body actually creates the exercise in a healthy way of course. So, Stephen, tell me a little bit more about this healthy habit forming.
Stephen Cabral: Well, one thing to definitely to do is, don't go all out and don't really use it all up your first workout, second workout, third workout. If you keep it at an even pace or you work yourself up just a little bit each week, you are going to be more and likely interested in coming back each day to do that.
Also don't make the marathon workouts. You know, going for 30 minutes within 10, you're going to be in and out getting a great workout and then go on with the rest of your days. You can do that morning, you can do that night, at lunch, whatever might be but try to stick to plans to do that each day and actually then I prefer write it into a schedule. So, if you plan everything for a day's, you know, for work, for whatever might be, you should also prioritize our own day and give ourselves 30 minutes of time to do that. Then the other thing is just pick some that you enjoy doing. So, if you like going out for a walk, you like you know, working out with ways to class, pick that, get yourself motivated, get yourself started and then you can always branch out going.
Sarah Dussault: And one of my personal tips at least that I feel works for me if you are trying to workout on a daily basis, if you are just not feeling it that day, go for a walk and half-way through sometimes you'll have enough energy to actually run the rest of it. Everybody engage your own progress and hopefully if you have had some trouble getting back into your exercise routine, you will not now, they are just 10 days and you will be hugged. Hopefully, you enjoyed this, subscribe to Diet.com. See you next time.
