In this video I’m going to show you how to use web 2.0 properties to drive traffic your websites. Now you probably heard of some of this web 2.0 properties out there sites such as Google.com, Hoppages.com but they're literally hundreds of these properties that do very well in the search engines. Especially with Google and the one that provided for today you can see at the bottom of this video there is a list of what I have tested and found to be the best web 2.0 properties they seemed to really do well for my keywords in which I want to rank high.
The first set I want to show you, I’m going to show you a couple today from this list it’s a document sharing site called Dock Stock, let me just go DockStock.com and you know it’s not as popular it's Crag.com which is another document sharing site. It’s very popular, but what I found is this one always out ranks scribed for my keywords. Which I thought was very interesting, so it's become my favorite. So where going to sign-in and I’m going to show you a document that I recently uploaded.
Now when you go and register for this sites any whether it's a whatever kind of web 2.0 property it is, if it’s, I mean it doesn’t matter if it’s good or dock stock like we are here you always want to choose a user name that is a keywords or keyword phrase. And don’t you want to use your real name and people search for your products anyway search for what you have to offer. You know it’s all been based on the keyword more than likely not your name unless you're very well known marketer and you have unbranded yourself well using keyword. So I’m going to signed on one of my accounts how to make it eBook so this is a keyword that I want to rank high for my goal if for this keyword to be, I want to up-sights you know my money sites and my documents own dock stock. I won't tend to be on the first page of Google with that keyword phrase.
It's nationally held by 20 amounts trying to rank for it and that’s on 11 so we go and signed in and I'm going to show you a document that I just uploaded. Okay, and this is a article, just coming up here, this is an article that I actually have on essay in article I put it in there last week. And that’s another thing are you're articles if you have submitted articles, the articles directories and I’m going to take them and put them on dock stock and scribe and any of the document sharing sites that I have recommended below and the great place to put your articles.
And that’s what I've done here and I've placed and article on this side and here’s the great thing about this, I think that it advantage document sharing sites have over article directories. You have the option to or you can really, you can structure your article or your eBook to get you upload. Anyway you want to and so in this case, you see that this is, this is a clickable title. So someone can click on this title and that can go to my squeeze page which is what I want them to do you know because here is the key point. These sites are great but you don’t want them to stay on that, you want them to come across your information and as quick as possible you want to send them to your money sites.
And so when this case, when somebody comes to this site I want you know and to read this article, greats are article, but much rather than get off of here I think the longer they stay on here the less likely, it's just a fact, the less likely that they will choose to go click on your website. So get them off there as quick as possible because you know you remember you don’t make any money as long as you're on this site send it to your money sites, if you know it's at the bottom of this article. Okay, I’ve also placed the link again so same link but I’m using anchor text this time.
How to write an eBook? That’s another keyword that I want to rank very high for I’m on Google second page and I want to be close at hand on the first page for it and so the happened to read article they missed clicking the link at the top here and I'm hoping that they will come to the bottom and click on this link. And of course on this document sharing sites they also have the option to download your document, I mean that’s okay, too. And so I don’t encourage you to use this. another thing to keep in mind too I think one of the wrong ways that people use this sites is they upload entire eBooks and you know they’ll borrow your eBook they're giving to grand themselves or their product services.
But I recommend if you are going to do that well break it up into sections. It's much better to have several documents on these sites than just have one large document because obviously you’ll have more back links going to your sites and there will be more opportunities for you know for your links to be clicked. Okay that’s one set of them, let me show you another one from this list that I love. It's a site that it's not really well known but it's a great little web 2.0 site called Wieldy and the cool thing about this is you can totally customized your page.
They give you some cool layouts but you have the options of just using, just roll HTML I mean that means you can even place your, you even place your option box or responder code and somebody doesn’t have to leave the site they can actually up into your list from this site so it's really cool and let me totally customized it. The only thing Wieldy has a little add here at the bottom to let you know it's free, that can do that.
But notice again just like the previous article this is actually the same article look at what I've done here. The very first thing, one of the first things that you read and besides the title, they get the opportunity to sign up for my free eCourse. Because as I said before you want to get them off this site as quick as possible and so this is very important. So anyway those are two of my favorite sites and that’s really all I need to show you because it's the same whether you’re using Squidoo, Wieldy, Dock Stock whatever you do I will start, always it's you know up to the top, near the top you always want to provide an opportunity for the it and then click away from this web 2.0 property to your money site, to your squeeze page. Get them off there as quick as possible, but these sites again as I said they do very well and I now encourage you too to give them a little link juice.
It's when you create this sites going in bookmark and for instance, like this site after I created out I copied the link and I went to dig account in a book market because that helps drive traffic to this sites as well. But then great thing about these sites is because they—most of them rank well especially the once that I provided in this list for you they rank well in the search engines therefore they really strengthen the ranking of your money site. They really, really helped. It helps to have this links on this sites pointing to your websites.
