Hey, it is Vince DelMonte from you SixPackQuest.com and today, we are going to talk about the truth about Six Pack Abs. There is a lot of miss information out there. a lot of people giving you advise especially so called gurus and people put in their face on the cover of fat loss books and six pack books that do not even look the part and they do not even show them and they do not even show you their abs themselves. Dr. Phil you are one of them and sure they might be giving correct information but I would rather take advice from somebody who looks and lives the part. So I want to go over some of the common miss information that you guys probably received each and everyday and I want to give you guys the truth on how to get a Six-pack.
The first truth I want to share is that your six-pack is not going to be found in any magic pill. Let me ask you, what did the last magic pill do for you? And the one before that, and the one before that. If those magic pills worked, you will know about it and everybody would be fit. Everyone will have a six pack. The reality is that they only work for a short period of time, they are short term solutions to a long term problem.
The next truth I want to reveal about getting a six-pack is that your six-pack is not found in any magic machine. All those late night commercials, they are out there because you guys are buying them and tell you guys stop buying that stuff, they are going to market to you because you are prying on your lust for short term results and an easy way out.
Let me ask you, where is the caloric expenditure on that machine? Where is the oxygen death? Where is the intensity? Where is the progression? Where is the lactic acid? It is not there and that is another thing. Again, if you are complete beginning you might see some short term results but it is not a long term solution if you looking to get 30, 40, 50 pounds out off your body and get a six-pack and look impressive for your friends and family.
So next truth I want to reveal in getting a six-pack because your six-pack is not found in any diet. Diets are short term they are not long term and remember, you have to be truly committed to your goals and then for the long term. The main problem with diet is they create more stress in your life. When you cannot eat this, when you can eat that and when there is more stress in your life, that releases more cortisone into your body, and when there is more cortisone in your body that burns out your adrenal glands and that causes your body to store fats, so that is the exact opposite effect of what you are trying to do.
The fourth truth I want to reveal is that fat loss, six-pack is not found in outrageous amounts of cardio and I have shared this over and over, but again when you are doing long slow cardio, let me ask you where is the progression? Where is the intensity? Where is the lactic acid? Where is the oxygen death? Where is just the good old fashioned hard work? That is going to force your body to dig down deep and pull that fat out for energy. There is no post work out after burn effect.
So the truth about getting six pack abs is first of is its only becomes easy once you discover that it is hard, that there is work.
