Veronica: Shedding those long pants for short shorts and mini-skirts is just one of summer’s pleasures as long as your legs are ready. Hi, I’m Veronica with watchmojo.com and today we’re speaking with Olympic Synchronized swimmer Tracy Little on ways to get those legs of them be.
So summer’s here and that means short shorts and mini-skirts, is there any steps that we can take to get our hidden winter legs ready for summer?
Tracy Little: I’d say the first step would be to exfoliate well in the showers so that afterwards when you moisturize, the moisturizer’s really goes in your skin
Veronica: After winter, our legs are usually pasty, is there a way to make them look tanned by faking it?
Tracy Little: There’s a lot of great self-tanners and I find it really helped to how you’d look, cellulite and stuff that some girls might not want to show
Veronica: Is there anything that we can incorporate into our daily lives to help strengthen our legs?
Tracy Little: I always drink 8 glasses of water a day, being an athlete you really need to stay healthy, keeping your body hydrated helps moisturize
Veronica: You’re an athlete so you have really toned legs, so is there anything that you would suggest to other women who want to get that look?
Tracy Little: I really like doing Pilates stuff, like slow-moving things and holding, and stretching is really good, it’s pretty much staying in shape and working out, in the winter, you know, stay active and you know, walking is great, you do it to walk around in the summer and it keeps you in shape
