Hey every body I am Amy Mac, and today fit life I am going to give you 3 easy ways to work out for free or at least on the cheap. The first way is to use you have already have around it doesn't take any expensive gym membership or even the latest greatest piece of an equipment to work out.
If you need a set of dumbbells grab some soup cans use that set of stairs and walk up in that in a million times you can even take those old exercise DVD and shopping with friends just for something new. If you look how it enough you can always find a way to work out. The second way is to go online there is so many free fitness sites are there, there are how you would exercise instruction, assemble and motivation but if you don't know were to start ahead over to an iTune and check out the video podcast in the health section.
