Hi, I’m Joe Decker, the world fittest man. Getting active is always a good idea, but unfortunately, joining the gym can be real budget booster. The good thing is you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a great workout.
The resistant bands can be picked up at sporting Good Store for under $20.00. Then head out to the local park to get a cheap workout.
Alright guys, the great thing about resistants bands is just all kinds of fun things you can do with it. Number one is vertical, you can take it anywhere. You can use it on a pool. You can use it on a picnic table. You can use it on a tree. You name it.
Here’s some good core of list to do it. First, you want to the squat down top and up nice and slow, weights on your heels, down top, up nice and slow, three, two. And guys from here, we’re going to transition right in the shoulders. We’re going to straggle our feet. We’re going to push up, exhale, inhale, nice slow, big push up and down nice and slow, oh yeah.
The park has more to offer as well. Jungle Gyms are perfect for pull ups and bolder service great resistance weight for crunches. You can even use your water bottle for biceps curls. A full bottle can weigh as much as five pounds. If you’re thirsty and you want to harder workout, down the water and then fill it with rice.
The last tip that something that people often forget. Walking and running are free. If you live within reasonable distance of work or the store, try walking instead of driving. You’ll find that the more you walk, the larger your reasonable distance actually becomes. I’m Joe Decker, keeping you in the motion zone.
