Tim and Tony: Hello
Natasha Powell: So well, tell me what you’ve got in store for the ladies this afternoon
Tim: Well, today we’re here launching our first session of Fix Your Wedding, which is a new exercise class for brides-to-be, it’s a 6-week course, and today’s just a taste of sessions so they’re just getting ready now in our Regent’s Park which is the world is not as good as it could be a good start.
Natasha Powell: And so that’s good today but I’m sure you’ll get hit them to them paces all then so; so what can they have to expect to get at one session like today?
Tony: One session for today, well, they will certainly get a bit of a workout; it’s going to be a circuit workout, it’s going to be looking at the whole bodies, so ideally working to turn up the whole body
Natasha Powell: Brilliant, okay will you show that you’re ready to rock and roll, so high fives
Tony and Tim: We are, we are, the ladies are waiting at us, great thank you
Natasha Powell: Have a good one, I’ll ram up with your abs
Tony: Alright, let’s do it, okay; let’s start off with just kicking the heels everyone, so kicking the heels, that’s great, touching the knees to the hands, that’s it, nice and high, nice and high, nice and high, good, good, good; side to side come on, and side to side back the other way, just in case you need to do a bolt, here we go and kick your, oh (laughter); one foot back, one foot forward, here you go. This is for practicing for the dolls to move, light on your feet on the big day; is anyone paid to put your schools (--) before? So go, go, go, go...Go, go and put it here. We’re going to play another game now, achieve before does, whoever do 20 star jumps, just to rise up the temperature a little bit, and that’s great, okay. Next game, our last game, we’re going to play a little bit of stick in the mud. Great work got you. What I want you to do is I want you to run around the veil, come back and you have to practice your toss; throw it back and catch it and then the next person runs, okay? Go. Go, and from here toss, catch, run. Toss; run, good, go, and awesome, go…go, go, go, go, go, oh...
Natasha Powell: How is it going? How are you enjoying the exercise regime?
Bride 1: This is okay, it’s not too bad, it’s not actually too grueling at the moment, so I think if it gets this real you’re supposed to work, it might be a bit different for at the moment, I’m quite relaxed (laughter). A little bit of staying in the gym the other day, and you’re a bit of fact that we have to get a name for.
Bride 2: It’s the fat
Bride 1: Oh, what the fat
Bride 2: What is this supposed to be this work we do for?
Bride 1: I know, it’s (--)
Natasha Powell: And what about the groom, is he doing anything to get fit up?
Bride 3: I wish (laughter)
Natasha Powell: He said I wouldn’t, I’m saved for watching sports today
Bride 3: Yeah, I’m trying (laughter)
Natasha Powell: Oh, well I’m sure you’ll pace it wonderful
Tony: Remember thinking about your posture, okay; so your palm and shoulders are heading a nice straight line, lowering yourself down till your chest come to a full and breathing out on exertion. Last exercise of the day is the prone tiger. Okay girls, keeping a nice straight line from the bottom through the back of the shoulders to the head. Turn the shoulders externally, there you go, tuck to tune in, oh dear, tune in; there you go, nice, excellent, good work. Let’s just do static stretches to finish; give me your shoulders pinned to the floor, your head relaxed, just practice of course, okay let’s just go through most with back stretches, good on girls. Get up for today.
Natasha Powell: Let those buttocks nice inside now
Brides: Oh yeah, Tony has some tomorrow (laughter)
Natasha Powell: So how are you feeling after your workout?
Brides: It’s quite tough (laughter)
Natasha Powell: How was it? Yeah. Well, you’ve all got a really healthy glow
Bride: Oh we’re like really red and sweaty now, but oh anyway
Natasha Powell: No, you all look great; now you think you’re going to fit into your dresses on the day?
Bride: So, you’ve got to have to (laughter)
Natasha Powell: If not, they can always stick to it
Brides: Yeah
Natasha Powell: Brilliant staff with the show; I’ve had a great afternoon. That makes the word, I’m fit for nothing, come on got to go, I’m fit for a run. Oh, I know I think a wall may shutter.
