Okay guys welcome back we are here for another video coaching lesson from YourSixPackQuest.com. I am Vince Del Monte and today we are going to be talking about fat lose specifically Fat Loss Plateaus. I cannot count how many times people email me and ask me, “Vince, I am stuck. I cannot move, I cannot get any lower, I am doing everything my body would not change this is the weight. I meant to be the rest of my life no matter what I do, I just cannot change.”
Remember guys what goes in must come out. If you think, you are stuck and you cannot change what kind of effort are you going to pull out in the gym. If you are convinced that your body is where it is going to be the rest of your life, what kind of motivation I cannot give you when you are out on the weekends and you are attempting situations. When you are in the gym and it is time to push but you are convinced that your body cannot change where is your motivation to push through the crushing points? Here are the three most common reasons I see people get stuck with flat loss plateau and we are going to touch on three different areas.
The first area is we are going to look at the training and I think a lot of people to be honest or under trained. You hear a lot of talk about being over trained. You might over reach in a particular workout where you do a little more than you have done before and you are sore but unless you are training two to three hours a days seven days a week. You are not over trained get that through your head. Only professional athletes over train that is a myth so stop being afraid of pushing your body. You know a lot of people come into the gym and they focus on straight sets you are not going to see straight sets on my programs. You are going to find very demanding circuits that going to require you the most of her body mind and your soul and you know it is one thing to lift a heavyweight while you are fresh. It is another thing to do it in a fatigue state and I am going to challenge you I am going to give your body your reason to get lean and that is why I am asking you. Is your program design to get you lean right now? Are you training right now with an effort that is supposed to make your body train most people are not.

The second problem is nutrition. I can tell you right now, if you are not loosing body fat, most likely your calories are too high and if you are just guessing you are wasting your time and do you have anymore time to waste. Everybody complains to me, you know, “I do not have time to work out.” If you are not following a nutrition plan then I do not know what the heck are you doing? You need to half something that tells you exactly what to eat at what times and what amounts it needs to be preplanned. You might have heard the saying, “Having the will to win means nothing without the will to prepare.” I cannot help you with your nutrition if you email me and say, “Vince, I am not changing.” Well, how the heck I am suppose to help you. If you send me your meal plan I can look at it and I can tell you. Well, you know what why do not we draw up those two slices of bread down the one slice of bread and at the end of the week we will monitor of the response and that is how you make changes in your program. Not two or three things at a time we changed one variable at a time and we change it so if you are a weight loss, or if you are at a flat loss plateau right now and you think it is from nutrition take one thing and one thing only. Maybe this week you will increase your increase your water intake from four liters to six liters. At the end of the week, get back on the scale and see if you have lost a pound. If you have not you have to change another thing. Maybe increase your chicken breast from one to two or maybe you take it from one to a half whatever. Make one change monitor the result.
The third problem that I see is life style. So many people wants six-packs. They want to be lean they want to be healthy but then when you go out on the weekends everything you say you want. It does not reflect by what you are doing. I
