How to Get Rid of Dark Circles

Hi, my name is Luz Mier and I am with Ford Models. I am going to talk about how to get rid of your dark circles and puffiness. I recommend to use tea bags. You can make them as if you were going to drink a tea, and then you put them in your refrigerator with the tea bags inside. After a couple of hours once it is really cold, you can retrieve them and put them in your eyes just like this for 15 or 20 minutes. You can also use cold tea bags. They sell most especially for your eyes, all do you see what this shape. In the same you put them in the refrigerator, and then you lay on your bed with a pillow underneath, and just put them in your eyes like this, and if you have a chance put your legs up, it helps a lot.

Tip number three! They also make eye mask and once again they work when they are cold, and you can just put them you know, on top of course. Even you can cover part of your forehead and helps with headaches. I also recommend to drink lots of water, eat vegetables, fruits especially berries, and do not forget the carrots and that is it!
