Always pause and jot down some notes so you can keep track and each objection that comes up so you can address them in turn.
2nd make sure you repeat and rephrase the sales objections that you hear. So you can make sure you understand what you hear them correctly. Very important to make sure the you repeat back to prospects to make sure that they know that you’ve heard them. And that you confirmed that you heard them correctly.
3rd ask open ended questions that can not be answer with a simple yes or no. Look to get passed be yes and uncover any kind of hidden agendas or political cover issues. By continuing, I’m not telling not telling you politics like national or regional or city or mayoral races or congressional races that are going to do races going on. I’m talking about office politics, politics going in around the office. To get passed the BS and uncover any hidden agendas keep asking these open ended questions that cannot be answered with a simple yes or no. the most important thing to remember is you’re trying to close sales with small business prospects is you got to focus on selling the most compelling solution to their biggest aches, pains and problems.
Their biggest points of pain, however you got to keep in mind until that you gain the trust of each prospect. You’re opinion in what you have to say that you can do will not mean very much. So you got to focus on building relationship and let the relationship evolve naturally ads time progresses by following a consistency sales process. And it just does wonders to help break down the barriers to selling you long term computer services.
