How to Get a Good Screen Recorder Today, I am just going to talk about screen recorders and some free and pretty good screen recorders you can get. First, of course you can get Camtasia. That is the one I am using right now as the recorder, see? It is recording. It is pretty good. There are a lot of features. Well, got the point and it is pretty good I‘d say and then it comes with huge pack studio like it edits your videos and stuff, so it’s pretty good one. I am just going to show you some basics but you usually run after you record it whatever. It says like, ‘Do you want to edit it?” or whatever in Camtasia Studio. Then you just have the file and first is this timeline but I think the story board is very simple, so you just drag the file thing inside here and then I usually make title clip and then I will also make another title clip at the end or something and then I can just put it there and I use the web so the width and the height of YouTube and then I’ll put here and there is usually a video in between but this is called a video. Okay so, open the video and I will click it actually. So then I usually use transitions which are these things like flip and you can go in there and you play it. When it goes to the next slide, it flips like that if you know what I am talking about. So then I usually use transition, with each every one. It really does not matter what it is but of course these are pretty cool effects. Then usually I go to audio enhancements. It does not have it right there. No, they do not have that in the audio where you just click enhance audio or remove noise from the background, so your audios are clear, I guess and that helps a lot. Then after that, you just publish, I use custom production settings and now I go to WMV; Windows Media Video. That is what usually is. I usually do that. I don’t want to mess around with it. Custom size, I really use a preset size or video size. These really are basically the same thing and then water marquee with my tool icon then this, whatever and then you can just title this, whatever you want and then you finish in it, render it and make it, upload it. So that is Camtasia. Another good recorder is probably HyperCam. I do not really have it right now because system was restoring things. I do not how to program which is really, really simple. You can download the Camtasia, CamStudio or I will get to that later but Camtasia is down here with a couple of keys. They can get it for free and download HyperCam. It is not as good as Camtasia but it is really simple but I’d recommend Camtasia. Now, CamStudio is sort of like Camtasia and they are different. It’s just that the name is almost the same, this CamStudio and Camtasia Studio but do not mistake them. They are different. CamStudio is different. It’s like a Camtasia but in like HyperCam form sort of. You will figure that out if you download it. Either all free, of course there is a debut screen recorder. Let’s see. It looks like this and they all look pretty much the same but there are just a couple screen recorders so you can get started and I do not think this comes with a movie editor or something, so for that of course, if you want a video editor, then you download it. It is basically Camtasia Studio except it’s Vista style or like the Microsoft. This comes from Camtasia. There is a little bit less features but it will do is you are going to use a different screen recorder. Well, I like Camtasia so I use that. That is basically it. Just download this, just go to my site and register. It’s pretty fast, just put your name and stuff because I am too lazy to post the links on the right, so I might as well just make all the downloads here. It will be easy and this is one big archive. Since I have somebody, that will be actually close or you can check out the other downloads. They are pretty good, maybe the forum if you want or the game section. They are from a long time ago and if you want me to make a remake of that or something, just ask. I try, I actually have to. I redid the first one and second one was even worse. So I’m thinking off like the leading videos and make it the third RocketDock video. But anyway, this is RocketDock so I know the Mac has it and stuff and pretty much it.
