As a forward and a great forward you have to have a lot of different attacking moves. This move is a very difficult one but when perfect it's something completely different and fools the opponent all time. You will attack the defender and as the defender approaches you are going to roll with one foot and step over with the other foot completely throwing the defender in one direction, push it out with the other foot and accelerate into space.
You are dribbling forward keeping on the outside of your foot as you approach the defender you are going to roll right, step left and a quick acceleration away. Make sure you keep that ball away from the defender. Alright, girls now you are going to go, alright Bridget up you go, roll, step and out, well done. Excellent! Go on Ariana touch it, roll it, step over make sure you lower your body because it's really important this way in getting away from the defender just like that excellent, Bridget!
Go on Ariana up to the defender roll right, step left, push left and at you go, well done Ariana. Yes Bridget same thing and accelerate out that, good. Make sure when that ball switches feet you can get out quick, and accelerate beautiful job there.
It's a difficult move to perfect but once you have got it, it's great move to use it in a game. Good luck with it.
