Life before baby, very different, I was so scared when I got pregnant that I was going to get fat and then I just hoped that I going to able to lose the weight again. The secret to incorporating my new baby to and my old life was imagination. I thought to see this exercise with lots of other women because I did not feel there is a lot of options for moms. I am with the state and I got to bring with kind of an emphasis of fitness, nutrition and health. I started personal training and then I got pregnant. I had gained a lot weight during my pregnancy. Cause I just – when I just scream happy and then there was all this time I really could not exercise the way I wanted to, and I was just really suffered a lot out of the way.
I stop looking at the scale when I was 60 pounds. And that was somewhere towards the edge. I was just somewhere between 60 and 70 pounds that is what I gained. And I would work out at home with her and I will corporate her my exercises with do push ups and squats and I have the resistance bends at home and so I weighed. Also it was really hard for me to get motivated I really wise to find the way where I could still help people and also for me to work out it is really important for me to still be able loose all the weight that I had gained when I was pregnant.
And I used to come to this park, to park all the time and I just really see the trail that runs all the way around the park. And one day is I just said wait a second, I could come here, I could train people, I can have a class, moms to bring their babies so I do not have to leave my daughter and tough fitness was fun. A lot of new moms do not leave their houses for six months. And you know this is a good chance for people to get out of their houses and do something for themselves and do something for their children.
Unfortunately, a lot of the process and a lot of the cases are the same age. So you need connections that way and get to meet some new moms without knowing the other new moms. So I think it is a nice way to get a lot of things done in one place.

So when you are doing squat you can hold your baby against your chest and you can hold one hand and one hand against their hand. And just one out of your feet a little bit wider than hip is apart and what you are going to do is to squat down and the nice thing about holding the baby is that it helps you actually hold your torso upright and you want to keep your abs tight. And then the most important thing, is you want to make sure that you are getting your butt back. And that your knees is do not pass your toes. And you can even do it with the chair behind you, just in case you lose your balance. You are not going anywhere, just kind of tap down. And stand back up and it was tap down. Stand back up and again the baby whole time is just kind of loving you and giving you quite motivation. And as they get older, the learn how to do the squat themselves.
They are like your little workout partner and as you see her in a year and half, she is getting older and she can see some of the exercises and it is really exciting to kind of see that she is really learning that is not just talking. It makes me feel good that I develop something that people really like. Yes, sweet girl.
