How to Get the Smeared Look

This Smear was popular in the 40s and what it is. It is a lip thing that strong just how to it is like the peaks are drawn out of the normal peaks so like run that outsides today’s traumatic looks, and the way I am going to do. Let say is I am going to use a pink pencil and I like pink sure lipstick the same with my other lip videos because I do not wear lipstick and before we start I want to make sure that you have a tissue ad if it is two ply separate it to that so that it is one ply.

Okay, so right now, I have a foundation or concealer on top on my lips so that, because I am visualizing it outside the lines I do not want my actual peaks to shows. So the way that it works is I am going to go right up so it line to redraw straight line over here and when out side my peak area I am going to go outside the line.

Okay, and I am coming in just little bit on the edge here okay so straight line and then I am drawing in peak. And that what the peak looks like the smear and get a little bit darker.

And then we draw in the bottom lip line.

And now the lipstick and then you are on blot. I do these three times and what that does is it takes away the oil but it leaves the pigment every time you blot so your color will last longer. And that is how you do the smear.
