How to Give a Self Massage

In this clip I'm going to show you how to give yourself a self massage, a very nice self massage. The first thing you're going to do is without even touching yourself. You just going to drop your head, chin to your chest. And when you drop your chin, you're going to take a deep breathe.
And then when you drop, you're going to exhale and you're going to drop your head little by little. With the exhale, you're going to see how your head is going to reach closer and closer to your chin. You can take like three breathes and with every breath your chin will be falling closer. Now you do that to each side. You stretch it to the left. Take a deep breathe and with every breath, you can feel your ear going to show your ear coming closer to your shoulder. And deep breathe and then it comes even closer to the shoulder. If you can do that facing down to the ear, to the back and to the left, just that alone, you're going to see how you can stretch your neck out enormously. That’s a very good neck stretch.
For any type of soreness with your hand, you're going to start doing rotations with the hand. So let’s say that you're tired of working on the computer. You pull out your wrist very lightly and do all types of rotations. And then, you grab your other arm and you're going to roll using the meat of your forearm. You can even use the bottom part of your arm towards your elbow and bringing it back up. Do it on all sides of the arm and even on the inside part of the arm.
