As I am holding these points, start where it is really tight than most people. I am not putting a lot of pressure. You can just let it just hold it gently, it really helps that muscle to let go. You can hold this up to a couple of minutes if you want. It is a very relaxing point to hold. It relaxes the whole body. Work some more with the thumbs. I am working all along the muscles here along the top and slightly to the back where they are tight. You can just feel on the top, feeling the circular movements along the backside of the top of the shoulders where they are tight. Just working over the top of the shoulders down to the top of the scapula there and up the neck.
