She is happy, she is at home, and she is here to empower you, she is the handy guy.
So, how do you give your cat, eye medication when you are all by yourself and you do not have any help? Well, the first thing you do is you get the cat and you put him on a confined area like the end of this hallway, and then you calm your pets. So, he is all relaxed. Oh, what a good kitty. Okay, then you are going to get your bathrobe. Okay, and you take the cat. Okay, you got it, so he is sitting here and you just place the bathrobe on top of the cat, tuck it under, scoop it up, hold the cat like a baby. Is not he cute? And we are going want to make sure that his paws are not exposed. So, we will really wrap him up in this robe. Feel like a cat in a straight jacket. Is this not great? Okay, there we go.
Now, we have two types of medication with pills and I have one medication. And so we are going to start with the pill and then you just simply put it in the throat, watch your fingers so he will not bite the heck out of your finger. Okay, then, sometimes they say if you blow on their nose they will swallow, I figure, but hold him on this position long enough he is going to swallow. Great then we take the drops. He is all wrapped up here. He is not going anywhere. And I can easily put the drops in his eyes, perfect. Okay, and you could spread his eyes open, perfect. There we go. And the cat is all fixed up and you can release him and he is ready to go.
