How to Go from a Superman Punch to a Backfist
Alright here is this kicking range, this is punching range. When you are out here in the kicking range, people aren't expecting a punch, anything above shoulders, except for maybe a kick. What I am going to do is I am going to go from the superman punch to a spinning back fist. Both of them are unorthodox strikes but it's an combination that does work specially for MMA. Enter up, now what I am going to do, I am going to go off for this lead leg, I am going to bring my rear knee up. Then at the very end, I am going to extend my body, and throw down on his right leg. Here is my punch. Now often times, at the very end of it you will miss, just because there is a distance that you are covering, just in case you do miss, you have a couple of options. You can kick, but you can also go for spinning back fist.
So, I am going jump off this lead leg, extend and a very good rotate. You just need to rotate your hips as much as you can, turn your feet, again, one more time. If you are jammed, get them taking by their face with my right kick, then pull, boom!
