In this drill, Brian will show us the actual swing plain of the shoulders during the golf swing. It is very similar too if you were going to shoot an arrow right through that ball. His left hand is holding the ball and his right arm is drawing the arrow back. I am going to walk in here and show you.
Now, the pitch of the shoulders, see is almost down after the ball. Quite often, golfers get their shoulders moving around too flat with their arms lifting up but this is the correct position. Now, if I were to put this golf club in Brian’s hands, be in perfect position. Either shoulders have a pitch that is almost into the golf ball, very good Brian.
That is it, feel the coiling around your right leg as you do that, just like your backswing, and you would feel the club right there at the top of your backswing. Take your right left arm and go ahead and make it, pull it right into the backswing, now. That is it, same position.
