i hvaee a georgous cavalier king charles and i'm onl eleven and i look after her lovvingly and she's lovely and your cavalier is BEAUIFUL aswell!!!!! very posh looking!!

How to Groom a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's Eyes

So, I start with the eyes and for the eyes I make up my own eye solution which is a pint warm water and you dissolved a tablespoonful of bicarbonate soda and it's quite safe to use. If it goes into the eye it won’t make any difference. So you just get your cloth or your cotton wool very wet. Just wipe all around the eyes. This breed has got a large round eye and if they are prone to digging which most dogs are they can get quite gungy all around the muscles. So we just wipe off any dirt that on the face and then dry with another piece of cotton wool and if necessary you can put a dab of powder just to dry off any surfaces there. So I have some powder here. Don’t get too much on it on there because you don’t want it going into the eye. So just put it under the eye and leave it to dry while you’re doing the rest of the grooming. Then when you finish the grooming, you can just brush off any surpluses left on there.
