I have had my floor tiled about three months now. The grouting was not properly done. It is uneven and some parts look very dirty. can I have this grouting removed and redone? I am very disappointed. Thank s for your advice.Gene

i lightly mist as i grout, and i use a grout gun that looks like a giant caulk gun, that way you don't cover the face of the tile with grout, saves about 500% labor and clean up, and most of all time and materials, this guy is a "rookie to me".

Hi Tim, I'm an engineer with Robert Bosch Power Tools. As you may know they also make Skil, Dremel, and RotoZip. We make 'em and break 'em. Who could ask for a better job. I'm finding your articles interesting in that they often tie into our work. To test a new grout removal bit you need to lay the tile and grout it properly. The same with decks, remodeling, and all the rest. You've filled in some of the craftsman and trade secrets which we've found invaluable when setting up a test for a new tool. We try to perform the tests as accurately as possible, and that includes the 2 story drop of our circular saws and radios. Thanks for all the help and know that it gets passed on.
