Step 1 Keep your hand in a relax posture with your fingers spread. Start with the thumb. Wrap a few times around the palm of the hand and around your wrist. Don’t wrap too tight, because it decreases the blood circulation.

Step 2 Bring from your wrist the wrap to the back of your hand and then, trough the palm of your hand over the knuckles.

Step 3 Wrap the wrap about 3 times around your knuckles. Further bring every wrap around the hand trough your wrist over the back of the hand, by which there originates an X design.

Step 4 Continuation with the palm of your hand trough the base of the thumb. Wrap around the thumb but let the wrap don’t turns. From that point from beneath and then over the back of your hand to….

Step 5 To go back to the thumb to wrap this again, but from the opposite direction.

Step 7 Continue around your wrist, over the back of you hand and then between your little finger and ring finger. Go back to your wrist and continue this action by every space between the fingers.

Step 10 Wrap once again over the knuckles and over the back of your hand through the wrist. Strengthen the wrist to wrap the rest of wrap around the wrist.

Step 11 Attach the end. Some wraps don’t have a Velcro end. You can put them under the wrap in the palm of the hand. If you make a fist the wrap pulls itself tight.
