Hello, I understand your feelings, but they are mistaken. The hair on the dog is dead and ready to come out and so Frank is showing you how to remove this dead coat. As I have said before, if you don't take the coat out, the coat and undercoat will mat (and it would be very cruel to try to brush and comb such a coat or you would have to resort to splitting the mats, a long and not easy process) and in trying to get rid of the coat a dog will rub itself on barks of trees, fences, etc., or, in my own terriers' cases (if I haven't been quick enough with caring for their coats), rubbing themselves on the legs and struts of my furniture. Please believe me, if anyone of our demonstrators, had been cruel or rough then they would not have been demonstratingt! Incidentally,it is always best not to rely on reading dogs' faces as human. They do not have the musculature in their faces and heads as we have. Regards, Annette

u dont know nothing about being "gentle" it gets me sad to see how rough u are being with this poor animal.... i just cnt imagine the pain around hes eyes, nose n ears. its terrifying the way u brush hes face wow incredible... smh
