How to Handle PDF Files with PitStop Pro 09

Male Speaker: As less and less time is available to check and fix incoming PDF files. PitStop Pro 09 is faster than before and has user interface optimized to help you to be as efficient as possible.

When opening a file, you immediately notice that the overall looking feel has been optimized. The toolbar icons have been update and tell exactly what is under and what is under --

All the PitStop Pro 09 tools are nicely stacked together in the plugins menu of acrobat where, you find the Enfocus PitStop Pro tools. So you can access each one of those tools through this menu. Because different tasks ask for different PitStop Pro tools.

What you can now do is actually create a workspace that will allow you to activate the tools and the icons that you need for that particular task and remove the ones that you don’t need and PitStop Pro will actually completely reformat the way that the panels are showing and the document is shown. All the features related to document processing are now sampled together in the Enfocus processing panel. So Preflight profiles, global changes and Action List, you actually have them at your fingertips in the Enfocus Processing panel.

Even the imported is the consistent way of configuring these presets. You can create favorites. You can look at different databases. You can create new presets such as a Preflight profile. But the way that this works in the processing panel and then other panels that work with databases is that, it is now exactly the same.
