Hi everyone! My name is Celia Kibler and I am from the Funfit. Today, we're going to warm-up and get some strong exercise for our arm muscles by playing with a parachute.
At home, if you don't have a parachute, you can play with towels, you can play with sheets, you can use a nice round tablecloth and play with that. We're also going to be playing with balloons. So if you have some balloons at home, you can blow them up and get ready to play.
First, everybody come around the parachute, and we're going to shake the parachute and get our muscles really working. When we put on the balloons, you'll be able to play on top with the balloons and bop them around with your hands and your knees and your head.
If you're not using a parachute, you can play catch with balloons. You can try to keep them off the ground by bopping your head and bopping off of your shoulders or your elbows, any part of your body you want to exercise. It gives you a great workout and it's loads of fun.
