Right now, I am talking about some tips that can help you have a successful LBL session. It's best not to have an LBL if you are under the age of 13 and that's because there hasn't been a lot of life experience yet and not much will be revealed by the council members or your guide during the session.
A lot of soul's learning needs to happen on their own before much will be revealed during the session. Also, if a person is at a crossroad in their life where they need to make a major life decision that decision won't be made for them during the session. The session can still be helpful but no decisions will be made for the person. Also, an LBL is not the time to work on trauma.
So, if there are issues that a client would like to work on, those issues should be worked on in a separate session. Of course, if any trauma comes up during the LBL, the hypnotherapist can help the client with that at that time.
