Here the women discuss how their body reacts as they're about to climax.
Female: You know, you need to be conscious that you're getting enough oxygen and like not getting so tense and tight, wound up that you're not just relaxing. I mean, in order, you know the tension leading up to orgasm is good it helps but when you're actually going to come, you really need to be relaxed or its not going to happen so–I mean, just deep breathing and just, you know, if you realize that you're not focusing or you're getting distracted then if you just remember to breathe then that can bring you back.
Female: You mean, relax mentally?
Female: Yeah! Well, physically too, I mean, breathing makes you relaxed if you're ever–
Female: Well, I'm like --
Female: Yeah! What about when you guys are with–about to orgasm with a partner, does anyone ever, you know, do you breathe deeply then or do you ever find that you're kind of holding at times?
Female: I don’t really think about my breathing.
Female: By that time I'm so out of breathe from working myself. I guess its heavy breathing. Yeah! Heavy breathing and it feels so intense that you're kind of–
Female: And what's going on with your muscles, are you holding?
Female: Holding. And I think that helps them also. They usually like that. The guys usually like the tight grip.
Female: Gripping before you orgasm.
Female: Kind of wild doing it.
Female: Definitely.
Female: Before–during.
Female: Really, I definitely go for the muscle squeezing, its like a little trick that makes them happy and afterwards but I feel like as I'm leading up to orgasm, again its like that opening, so its like the opening, the opening as much as possible and then that’s when I orgasm.
Female: There's not a closing at that moment.
Female: How about the opposite?
Female: The opposite?
Female: Everything in the universe is like -- and I'm willing to -- myself in the position like–just to get myself to–
Female: You need a cocktail.
Female: It’s like there's more control like when I would also–sometimes if I'm holding my breath, it’s like a whole interplay. Sometimes when I'm trying to get myself, I don’t even know how to describe all this stuff but like–when I'm trying to get myself like really going the first time like get wet, like get some sort of like–
Female: Because there's like different steps.
Female: Yeah! Exactly, getting some lubrication going, I feel like there is kind of like a holding that goes and then I release and then once that’s happening, once that’s happened, the breathing really helps because the breathing, it does like activate and stimulate and I can’t–and holding my breath, I used to do that and then I wouldn’t have control. I would just like come by accident. But when I am breathing I feel like I can have more control over when I've actually orgasm or orgasming.
Female: Well, like what I said before about–when I first had an orgasm, that was just the tip of the iceberg like I think that you know, you can have deeper orgasms, longer orgasm and you know with practicing and with breathing and then you know, maybe, maybe not but each person is different but I think that you can always have a better orgasm, a bigger, better orgasm like through exercising, through practice.
