Once they start the job, make sure you keep an eye on what they are doing so that they are following the idea—the whole way along. At the end of the job, do not be afraid to say, “You do not like it,” because if you do not like it, they need to redo it.
Most importantly once it is done, take some photographs. Give them to the contractor if you want. They can use them for there own stuff if you want to be helpful in that way to them and enjoy your room.
