Male 1: Now underground, you have got an amazing root for medicine. The root has a yellow hue to it. Which is why the most famous one is called Yellow Root or Yellwo Duck, which is Romix Crispus? And Romix is just a genus and Pollygonacea family. The root is wow! I feel like, if you get to know a little bit one of these medicines that you rely on, it really purifies and detoxifies the system. If I get to like, London for more than a few days, I will start to get an amalphacyrus and my skin would start to break out.
And you know, just becoming detoxified. And so as soon as I get out of there, I will get my hands on some root and make a tea, or you can make a texture which has alcohol extract and detoxify your system. Just, I mean, we are inundated. I do not know if you have read that. Here we are at the heart of industrial revolution zone here bur since the 1940’s the industry has added over a hundred and forty thousand chemicals to the atmosphere. Hundred and forty, thousands only 3% of them had been tested for toxicity. So we are really being inundated with toxic chemicals. And we need to be on top of that. We need to be, you know, you cannot shield yourself. I mean, we are breathing, we are eating, and we are willing.
You can keep on supporting your cleansing system. And the root of this is amazing for that. Now, if you are a woman or have been involve in raising children or something like that, you may have heard Yellow Duck as something that is useful and I think a while that is misinformation. That they say, “Oh, the roots have a lot of iron in it.” I do not think that the root has a lot of iron in it. It helps your body to absorb iron. So, if you know somebody who is anemic, if they are taking Iron supplement or stuff like that, the odds are just the iron are just passing right through their body. But if you get them to start taking the root of this for a regular basis, when they do take on iron in their body, it helps in bringing in the system to be absorbed. And so often that is the problem is people you know, wake up and start to shift their life but they do not go through a cleansing process.
In the mean time, as they are doing this good stuff, they have this whole coding through their entire body or what we call Neocoidal Plaque. And it could go to be that thick through your whole digestive system so you can’t even absorb nutrients anymore. And so, you got to go in a cleansing in order to really open yourself up to being able to absorb nutrients again and there is a whole process to that. This can be helpful in getting by all that.
Male 2: Can I just ask you about tolerance? Because some of the kind of wild fruit in Britain and you are very specific on saying, yes, we could eat Yellow Buck but not everyone can because of the allergic reaction that some people have to different food substances.
Male 1: Right.
Male 2: What is your take on that? I think you just sound like you do not, that is not too much an issue for you.
Male 1: Yeah.
Male 2: If it is an edible plant then—
Male1: What, if you have not been to Plant for a Future PFAF.org., amazing resource, seven thousand plants are on there that they talk about it. They are little con—overtly conscious because they trying to cover themselves from being sued or whatever but there are still really broad. I think it is evolutionary thing if you have only been eating refined flower sugar, you know, things like that your whole life, it is really going to shock you system to try to go out and start wild forging the next day or something.
So it is an evolutionary thing but you can bring upon that evolution on yourself. You know, over years of time. I always say that if you give a month for every year of your life that you were awake to your digestion and all that, then if you were like thirty, by the time you realized that “Oh my gosh, I need to pay attention to what I eat.” Then you should give yourself two to three years to transition. It is a time thing and really sticking with it and not, that is the problem, people wake up and they just want to shift immediately.
I think that really, something that takes some time. But we are all individuals, We all need to, It is a relationship, we do not have a lot of time to do it today, but just to realize that this is not just some innocuous thing that tiniuaga. This is a living entity that has evolved with humans, that has been with humans forever. And so to have a relationship with it, to be able to, in a sense communicate, and say, “Hey, I need you for food, I need you for medicine And what am I giving back to you, I am giving back to you respect, I am giving back to you… I am recognizing you from the fold and in some ways helping you to live.” It is something that, it is a mutualistic kind of way of relating. So I think that evolution is part of it. And not everything is for everybody so you have to, kind of, find out what works.
