How to Improve Hand Dexterity

There are not a lot of things to work on hand dexterity and our pitchers need control over the fingers to throw all of our pitches. So a fun one is golf ball rolls. Grab a couple of golf balls or Chinese stress balls work. We are going to first do palm up, and Kacie is going to make it look easy but watch your kid do this the first time. We are rolling in one direction and reverse.

Hand sideways, one direction you always tilt harder than the other. Third position, palm down, make sure they keep that hand flat and work it. Raise your hand up a little bit, alright, have fun, golf ball hand dexterity work.
