Lee Swanson: Is ever too late for a person to get into solid age management program, eating the right supplementation exercise. I’m watching a lead and trying to avoid exposure to these environmental chemicals to our food, water and air. It is ever too late Lyle?
Lyle Hurd: I think the answer is pretty much that old saying today is the first day the rest of your life. There are number of instances of individual store in the 70s. Who have somehow had them awakening many times that begins with the fact that someone says, “If you use of rubber bands and you need to stretch these as you sit in your chair and gets the mobile and someone says, “You know one of the major problems you have is the lack of protein in your system”. Because what happens is the cells in our bodies have been constantly dying. And most and a lot of them aren’t being replaced and not being replaced then they become to say they’re erratic in anyway and they’re putting into our system for an old cells.
These problems where people that aren’t supplying the protein that they need—and the calculated form, now, you saw protein power, right? And I would supposed that for every product that you market through your company you’re looking to the background of the product. You have to foresee what it promises.
If someone wasn’t aware of that, the need in everyday at breakfast to sizeable, three or four ounces or whatever it is that protein, whatever is recommended they would know that they had that start on it and the surprise to put it. People who’re older don’t tend to eat the things that we think the when tend to eat more casually--
Lee Swanson: But that’s all the way protein is a good quality?
Lyle Hurd: Absolutely! A good quality away from being multiple but they need to deal multiples for seniors.
Lee Swanson: Yes!
Lyle Hurd: Okay! Now, how do you decide and what to put on the multiple for seniors?
Lee Swanson: Well, we are going to psychic research and we try to find and get products which is segmented to a particular age or age bracket and with that respect are something else I would want to ask you. You mentioned earlier that if you have start to take supplements about 45 years ago, how do you compare your health today at the age of 71 after taking supplements for 35 years is supposed when you first started taking supplements in 1971 or 72? How would that your health that you’re now at the age of 71 then you were at the age of 35 or 36?
Lyle Hurd: You know, I think that we today have to look at the whole concept of biological age and biological age is a matter of the things. I don’t think that there’s any question that an imperative too having a biological that is—which was functional age. That is--
Lee Swanson: Biological age is functional age?
Lyle Hurd: Is functional age, and I was saying that my biological age as supposed to my chronological age is probably it maybe as much as 20 year difference.
Lee Swanson: Absolutely! So you’re 71 old biologically but biologically you’re probably--
Lyle Hurd: 51, 52, 53 and you know there’s no reason in that. We should be able to live a life span where we are a lot of control over that. And we don’t have a lot control over infectious disease but we do have a lot of control over the — towards cancer and definitely diabetes, obesity and then of course the number on killer in our society is aging. And when we get to that age physically and emotionally, and mentally we were not able to act and interact in a normal way. It certainly speeds up considerably the end of life situation that takes everyone of us.
Lee Swanson: So we too have a greater stand can control of the aging process that’s no one —?
Lyle Hurd: I don’t there’s any question with that. and again I think it begins preconception but you know a lot of it as well has to do with the fact that as that child with tours. Well, today—you know today, they’re at maybe 20% of the children that are under three years old have given some sort of psychotropic, you know, lack of—you know that--
Lee Swanson: Psychiatric drug?
Lyle Hurd: Well, I mean the drug that some sort of yes further the they’re acting outdoor—you know, the other thing is that it is perfectly normal unfortunately that some child under six months may have been given prescription drugs for some problem they have. Homeopathic approaches would be far more effective as far as looking at what that be doing along through basis as supposed to something that it be tested as a grown man and had been never detested for interaction with each other. Attitude, they found in something that I think it’s vitamin—another there’s a company that puts vitamins into schools and areas where the kids are getting in there nearest as much vitamins support to the children nutritional support as they should.
I wish I could remember the name of this people you need to look it up but they found that these children had a much better attendance, right and much better greater be able to understand what’s going on. They got along better with their seedlings and better would the people with in their students. And they had to higher level of IQ after a period of time which is a lot test to do with being able to—you know what you able to learn by doing nothing other than supplementing them with vitamins and minerals.
Diet is extremely important but you really can't count in the process to food more that we are living in today to get the vitamins that you need from your food. So you need to have that basic age management program and it has to do as well with the child’s attitude and their ability and interest in the things that going around them as much.
