We have got a couple of 60, 70 pounds dumbbells on the floor. We have got a mat. You are going to stick you toes underneath the dumbbell handles. Okay. One second Cordell. Alright Cordell, show us what to do. Drive the chin down, tighten up that mid section and up. Set it down nice and slow good! Come up smooth, drive that chin down nice and tight and explode. Good set it down nice and slow through a negative edge. Sit down slow, good. Drive that chin down and explode. Good! Nice and slow. Attaboy! Good! Drive that chin down first and explode. Good! You will get a little hip flexor action into it. Drive that chin down, blow that air up and explode. Set it down slow five, four, three, two, one. Alright. Here we go. Do three more and explode. Good! Attaboy good! And explode. Good! Alright last one. Drive it down and explode and relax. Good!
