How to Improve Your Sitting Posture

Henry: Hi I'm Henry from the city of Los Angeles. My question is what are the best ways I can improve my posture while sitting at my computer?

Michael Schaufele: Henry, I think the most important thing to remember is when thinking about appropriate posture sitting in front of computer is to remember what your mom told to sit up nice and straight, you relax in your back and also pay attention to where the computer monitor is. The first thing that you want to do when you get to your work station, hold your arm out and see if the monitor is away at about one arm length. Make sure that you pay attention where your eyes are in relationship to the monitor you want to look right at the top of the monitor. Make sure your knees and your hips are at an right angle and put your feet on the little foot step so they are nice and relaxed.
