In this addition of Fast Lane Tennis, we will be moving from the basics of the forehand covered in the last program to meet the needs of the intermediate player and beyond.

The terrific thing about the concept of Fast Lane Tennis is that efficient learning from the beginning pays big dividends later on making it relatively easy to keep progressing.

Let us start by listing six types of shots that our fast lane intermediate player has to address with their forehand ground stroke.

Number one, our Deep High Forehands; number two, Wide Running Forehands; number three, Inside-out and Inside-in Forehands; number four, Short High Put-Aways; Number five, hitting those side T angles; number six will be mixing up different types of shots.
