Joshua Taylor: Hello this is Joshua Taylor again from testosteronetraining.com. We are back and we are going to do some pushup variations to help you increase your testosterone, so you can loose fat, build muscle, and increase the quality of your life.
We all know the regular pushups, incline, declines and we're going to do some advance pushups today, Spiderman pushups, frog pushups, and crossover pushups.
And first one, we'll take a look at the Spiderman pushup where you press down in the pushup position. You are going to bring your knee up to your elbow like a spider. Then you are going to alternate sides. The next one we do is the crossover pushup. I am going to bring my opposite leg across my body as I come down, then alternate. Next we are going to do a frog pushup, where actually we are going to tuck our legs underneath and sit back almost on our heels then do the pushups.
So for you vast guys out there, these pushups are a little bit harder, try the Spiderman, the crossover and the frog and you are going to increase your testosterone, you are going to loose fat, you are going to build muscle, and you are going to enjoy your life a lot longer than you would otherwise. Remember, ageing is inevitable but looking you feeling old is option.
