Alice Chan: Okay so we’re here in the faucet section of Lowes and I wanted to share with you
a couple of things that you can easily to do update your property and again it
doesn’t have to cost you a lot of money. Now in a lot of home especially if they
are builds around late 70’s or early 80’s or into the 80’s actually you are going to
see a lot of brass in your home and so an easy way for you to update that is by
maybe changing out the fixtures and adding a little bit of cram to it so here are
some that are very nice option because it have both the brass as well as the crown
and so we are going to place down the brass a little bit and take to look at that,
these are only $81.84 respectively.
And you can update not only the bath fixtures, the show fixtures we also the sink
fixtures so that’s a really nice way to give the face less without spending a lot o
money and then if you were to replace the bath bars an maybe the towel rings and
toilet paper holders to match that that would be a great option so take a look here
to give you an idea and take a look at that the towel it’s 23 and just under $24 we
are taking all at that toilet paper holder for about $25 so you know it’s not an
expensive but you know all will give your property a face less which is nice. And
it’s look a lot better than a pure brass, I also wanted to make sue that you
understood the difference between a four inch spread which is what you see right
here and as you can this one is on clearance with $35 and that’s really actually a
very nice inexpensive update for your bathroom but there is not difference this is
what’s all in graded together and so there would only be one hole that they would
have to drill into your countertop so that’s the difference that I want to make sure
that you understand that. Okay this is what an eight inch spread looks like; it’s
actually three pieces so you’ve got the two handles on other side and the faucet in
the center. It’s really important you know what took the bath fixture you need so
that you purchase the right ones because otherwise you will be dealing with
drilling holes in your countertop and it just ends of being a mess so just to
something to keep in mind that you should definitely know if it’s an eight inch
spread or a four.
